The Amnesty International Australia Constitution was adopted in May 2002. The version accessible below incorporates amendments made in June 2006, July 2008, November 2009 and July 2010.
Our Board Charter
This Board Charter sets out the role, composition, responsibilities and accountabilities of the Board of Directors of Amnesty International Australia and is underpinned by our vision and the principles that have been adopted to strengthen our democracy. This Charter is a living document and is subject to periodic review.
