On Monday August 27, the Organisation for Human Rights USA filed a landmark lawsuit against Yahoo! Inc. and its subsidiaries for the U.S. internet company's complicity in human rights abuses and acts of torture in China.

In the case, Chinese journalist Shi Tao and pro-democracy advocate, Wang Xiaoning, accuse Yahoo! Inc. of being directly responsible for their arrests, 10 year prison sentences and alleged torture.

Listen to an interview by Radio Australia with Morton Sklar, executive director of Human Rights USA who talks about the case.
