To commemorate International Women’s Day on Monday 8 March, Amnesty International NSW in conjunction with International Women’s Development Agency will be hosting a photography exhibition entitled ‘Women’s Eye on Peace’.

International Women’s Day provides an annual opportunity to celebrate the contribution and achievements of women around the world and inspire others to get active themselves. The IWDA ‘Women’s Eye on Peace’ photography exhibition supports this goal by providing a showcase of photographs taken by women, reflecting their own unique perspectives and life experiences.

Join us at 6pm on Wednesday 10 March to learn more about the stories behind the photos and hear from women who are playing a major role in human rights activism and development around the world. The evening will involve guest speakers from Amnesty and IWDA and will include light refreshments.

Opening night RSVP:nswsvawactiongroup@amnesty.org.au

The photographs will be on display at the TAP Gallery in Darlinghurst from Monday 8 March to Sunday 14 March.

We hope to see you there!
