Koorie Night Market has the opportunity to bring a strong Indigenous presence to the upcoming Harmony Festival in Ballarat. Come along, bring your friends and enjoy this colourful cultural celebration featuring world music and dance on this Friday night in February. This free event will include a vibrant live concert (across 2 cultural stages) and an exciting array of food, craft, cultural workshops, children's activities, visual arts, a fantastic Koorie Night Market… and much more. Showcasing inspiring local talent and featuring Asanti Dance Theatre, Tumbarumba and (back by popular demand) the Massive Hip Hop Choir.

Amnesty International Australia (Victoria) will be holding a stall at the Koorie Night Market as part of our Homelands campaign to support the rights of Aboriginal people living in the Utopia Homelands in the Northern Territory. Please come by and say hello and sign a solidarity card! All solidity cards will be passed on to those living on the Homelands so they know that you are supporting them! Speak to us about writing letters to Indigenous Affairs Minister Jenny Macklin and Treasurer Wayne Swan. Other than that, come to enjoy a lively atmosphere and pick up some hand made goodies! Hope to see you there!
