The Anti-Death Penalty Network and activists from the NSW region will be meeting at the Queen Victoria Building (town hall end) to take part in a collective action to mark the World Day Against the Death Penalty, 10 October. We will be laying out 60 flags of countries that have not yet abolished the death penalty, with a sign saying 136 down ... 60 to go. We will be collecting signatures on letters and providing information on the death penalty and asking people to sign actions on prisoners of conscience on death row in Vietnam and Indonesia.

136 down 60 to go! Join other activists to stand up against the death penalty.

Pledge your participation by emailing nswaia@amnesty.org.au or calling (02) 8396 7670.
