Wanted: Demand Dignity Action Group members

When:
Thursday June 18 2009 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Where:
NSW Action Centre, Level 1, 79 Myrtle St, Chippendale, NSW

Thanks to everyone who attended the NSW Demand Dignity Launch last Thursday. We hope you had a great evening and found the speakers insightful, in terms of the work Amnesty is doing in the Asia Pacific region, and what the Demand Dignity Campaign will be focusing on, both locally and globally.

Now that you have become involved with the work of Amnesty International and the Demand Dignity Campaign you may be thinking...

What can I do next?

  • Become part of the Demand Dignity Action Group and attend the first meeting on 18 June. There you can take part in a discussion about poverty and human rights and find out how you can make a difference.

  • Take action to stop the eviction of Group 78 in Cambodia if you haven't already. At this stage Group 78 have not been evicted, however they could be evicted at any moment.
