- Professor Mary Crock Professor of Public Law, University of Sydney
- Shane Prince, Barrister and Co-convenor of Labor for Refugees
- Lisa Pryor, Author 'The Pin Striped Prison' and Sydney Morning Herald Columnist
- Debbie Whitmont, Journalist, Four Corners, ABC
- Dr Graham Thom, Amnesty International Australia's Refugee Coordinator.
