Burma VJ - A film by Anders Ostergaard

The Manly/Lane Cove Amnesty Group will be hosting a screening of ''Burma VJ' at the Manly Cinema. 'Burma VJ' offers a unique insight into high-risk journalism and dissidence in a police state, while at the same time providing a thorough documentation of the historical and dramatic days of September 2007, when the Buddhist monks started marching.

The film will be introduced by Dr Myint Cho from Burma Campaign Australia who will also be available to answer questions after the film.
