Sunshine Coast South

The group focuses on letter writing and actions such as information booths, films, information quizzes, school education etc. It has members from Maleny, Mooloolah Valley and the Sunshine Coast.

Past events:

• China Blue film (packed house)
• Info Quiz (packed house)
• China Wall
• School visit with Amnesty International “game”

Plans for 2009:

• Refugee Campaign with its special days, speakers, films etc
• Liasing with other refugee groups such as Buddies in Buderim

Meetings:

Fourth Wednesday of the month from 7-9 pm

Maleny Library (Sometimes also meets at Mooloolah Valley)
