African refugees in Egypt

Thousands of African refugees – from countries such as Sudan and Eritrea – fearing persecution in their homeland have fled to Egypt. France24 has filed this report to YouTube.
The clip includes an interview with Michael Kagan, a senior fellow in human rights law at the American University in Cairo. He says:
" …"Over the past year Egypt has deported people under UNHDR protection. And so now we don't know what’s going to happen to all refugees under UNHDR protection in Egypt." …"
