"3" Freedoms: Association, Assembly, Expression!

Philosopher Peter Singer spoke as our keynote speaker on poverty and our role to play in alleviating it. We focused on human rights issues in Burma with the upcoming election, current government refugee policies and components of poverty: slums/forced evictions, maternal mortality, and corporate responsibility. Workshops were run in the afternoon with art works being produced as actions. Overall, there were 266 actions!
