Candle Day 2009 - "The Candle" and participants

As a way of introducing our new supporters to Amnesty International and our work on human rights world-wide, we are running a welcome event at our Victoria Action Centre.

As a movement -with over 2.8 million ordinary people working together worldwide - we're able to achieve extraordinary things. We help release people who are unfairly imprisoned, campaign for death sentences to be commuted and stand up against repressive regimes.

We want you to be a part of our success! We look forward to meeting you and working together.
