Annual Literary Lunch

Our group meets twice a month.

We meet to write letters on the first Saturday of each month from 10am to Midday at Dexter Café & Bar, 123 Queens Pde, Clifton Hill. We usually meet in the upstairs room.
Our second monthly meeting is held in North Carlton at 6.30pm on the second Tuesday of each month. This is where we plan and organise fundraising and other events.

Our group has a diverse membership of people of different ages and cultural backgrounds. The meetings are friendly occasions where we can discuss activities and events that are important to the group, as well as the campaigns that Amnesty International is involved in.

We also collect donated food and basic commodities for distribution through local refugee centres, and donations of canned foods, toiletries, household groceries and used postage stamps can be brought to any of our meetings

CELEBRATION of AMNESTY'S 50th ANNIVERSARY

We joined with three other local groups
and many other friends of Amnesty
at our "TASTE OF FREEDOM" DINNER
at the Rosina Room Abbotsford Convent,
for a very happy celebration
of 50 years of Amnesty International.
