[WA] Urgent Actions Network
This group focuses on urgent cases of particular abuse.
About Us
Urgent Actions are cases of particular abuse, issued by the Amnesty International Secretariat in London. Urgent Actions are processed in the office each week, and members of the network are asked to write appeals to the responsible authorities on behalf of the victims. Some cases develop a later round of appeals. Members choose the frequency they are sent these requests (monthly or more) and may select some special interest. Please contact the WA Action centre. You can phone, or email waaia@amnesty.org.au with 'attention urgent actions' in the subject line.
