What's on the agenda
This Extraordinary General Meeting has been convened pursuant to clause 11.5 of the Amnesty International Australia Constitution. There will be one item of business: to consider the readmission to membership of Drew Pavlou who was removed from membership by the National Board.
Voting Rights
Only General Meeting Voters (see who they are here) may vote at the General Meetings either in person or by proxy. A proxy must be a current member of Amnesty International Australia. A proxy need not be in any particular form provided it is in writing, legally valid and signed by the appointer. The Proxy Form must be submitted to the Company Secretary by 2.00pm AEDT on 24 October 2023.

All members who are members at the time of notice are most welcome but must rsvp by emailing company.secretary@amnesty.org.au by 18 October 2023 so as to receive the registration link.
