SUPPORTED FRED AND YVES IN THEIR FIGHT FOR JUSTICE
On the day of their release in August 2016, Congolese youth activists Fred Bauma and Yves Makawambala, who were imprisoned
for promoting democracy in the Democratic Republic of Congo, sent a heartfelt ‘thank you’ to all Amnesty supporters, just like you, who so passionately fought for their release.
