In Victoria, Amnesty International Australia (AIA) works to defend human rights - both internationally and nationally - at a local level.
There are over 30 Action Groups based on location and theme. If you want to get involved in campaigning for human rights, join an Action Group. Visit Action Groups to view the different Action Groups campaigning on human rights issues in Victoria.
On the first Monday of each month we welcome you to our Get Active meeting where you can learn about AIA in Victoria. To find out more please see the events section.

Defend 3 Freedoms in Burma

Monthly Get Active Meeting

Demand Dignity Indigenous Rights Campaign Launch
To mark Anti-Poverty Week 2009 (11 – 17th October), AIA Victoria has launched a new campaign to highlight the rights of Indigenous Australians.
