Western Australia
The WA Branch of Amnesty International was founded in 1968. We currently have just over 1,000 members. We are a branch of Amnesty International Australia, the largest section of Amnesty International in the southern hemisphere. The WA Regional team includes volunteers, activists and staff. We have people from a diverse range of backgrounds and ages, with lots of different skills and talents to assist in defending and protecting human rights in our local area. We always welcome enthusiastic people to join us. Come along to WA Action Centre or email us at waaia@amnesty.org.au.
