RSVP Now: The next phase of our Indigenous Youth Justice campaign

Our vision for a future where every Indigenous young person is met with care, safety and support – rather than a system of harm – is gaining momentum.

Thanks to Amnesty supporters across the country, we’re at a turning point. To kick-start the next phase of our work, we’re inviting you to join our online event to unveil the latest in our Indigenous Youth Justice campaign!

You're invited: Wednesday, 6 May 2026

Wednesday, 6 May 2026
7 – 8:30 pm AEST
All welcome

What to expect:

  • 📺 A first look: Be the first to see the new campaign video that we’ve been working on with Blakground Productions.
  • 📣 Expert speakers: Hear from Kacey Teerman, Strategic Campaigner and Gomeroi woman, and Uncle Rodney Dillon, Palawa Elder and Indigenous Rights Advisor, on the vision, barriers, and solutions to our campaign.
  • 🤝 Exciting opportunities to get involved: Think stunts, letter writing, barnstorms and more!
  • 💛 Community: Connect and chat with other compassionate people excited to be part of this collective movement.

This is more than your average briefing. It’s a call to action.

Whether you’re brand new to Amnesty, have signed a petition, written a letter, or marched with us on the streets, everyone is welcome.

We’re simply looking for caring advocates who are ready to join us and be a part of building a new system rooted in justice and self-determination.

See you there!
