2026 General Meeting Voter Nominations will be open from 5 March - 2 April 2026
Elections will take place from 15 - 29 April 2026.
General Member Voters (GMV) are members elected by their region to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting, which in 2026 will be held virtually on Saturday 4 July 2026.

Instructions for completing this nomination form
- Ensure you have your and your nominators’ membership numbers. Your membership number is quoted in your personalised email or letter calling for nominations (if unsure, please call 1300 300 920 during business hours). The three of you have to be members in the same Region.
Please note: You must have been a member for at least 12 months to be eligible to nominate for a General Meeting Voter position. - Have a short biography (max 200 words) and photo ready
- Complete between 5 March – 2 April 2026, 5.00pm AEDT

General Meeting Voters are expected to participate and engage in discussions and meetings in the lead-up to the AGM, attend the AGM either in person or by proxy and any Extraordinary General Meeting during their term.
