16 days of activism to stop violence against women

This event is part of the global campaign ’16 days of activism against gender-based violence’, which aims to raise awareness of violence against women in WA and encourage communities to take an active role in making change.

Set in the incredible grounds of Perth City Farm the evening will include talks from

A number of organisations supporting women will be present including Women’s Health & Family Services, Lifeline WA, Young Women Against Sexual Violence, Standing Shoulder to Shoulder inc, @Living Proud and headspace.

This is an alcohol-free event. Mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages will be available on the night, as well as food from the Fare Go Food Truck and Cafe Oranje.

This is an all-ages event, however, please keep in mind the topics discussed on the night may be heavy for little ears. 50% of ticket sales will go to Amnesty International and 50% to a front line charity fighting Domestic Violence to be announced soon.
