Our office is located on the traditional lands of the Noongar people. With this, comes the great honour and responsibility of being effective allies to the traditional owners.

Being a genuine ally means acknowledging culture, honouring traditions, and most importantly, knowing when to take a step back and listen. This Indigenous Allyship Workshop will take you through the values and protocols at play not just in Indigenous Rights campaigning, but of being an activist working on Indigenous land.

We are also thrilled to have Carolyn Lewis from the Deaths in Custody Watch Committee as our guest speaker for the night!

All Amnesty activists are encouraged to attend, especially those currently working on the Community Is Everything (CIE) campaign.

Free event – registration now open!
