This event will be hosted at the Arthur Art Bar in the Adelaide CBD and will provide food, cake and a cash bar (for individual purchase). A two hour long event, this will mainly provide a chance for past, present and future activists to network with one another, as well as with other partners and allies of AIA.
Local MPs will be invited to attend, along with members of various communities that we work with to help acknowledge the past 60 years of AIA’s work, along with future work that still needs to be done. Brief speeches will be hosted, as well as a photo reel from the past years of activism. Catering will include vegan meals provided in a Covid safe way by the Arthur Art Bar and the event will conclude with a vegan cake. Some petitions will be available to sign, as well as 60th birthday origami candles, birthday cards, and other merchandise.
