Amnesty International Australia’s Human Rights Legal Group Western Australia, the Ashiana Humanitarian Network, and Murdoch University in partnership present Contemporary Developments in Australian Refugee Law.
Featured speakers include Ashiana’s Directors Mary Nangrahary, Farid Popal, Robert Lindsay in addition to Murdoch University’s Dr Mary Anne Kenny.
Developments in both domestic and international case law and how they are applied domestically will be explored alongside a consideration of the social ethics, healthcare rights, and socio-cultural barriers relevant to refugees.
