This event was booked out but you can now read the transcript of Gareth’s talk here.

Gareth is the current chancellor of ANU, the former President and CEO of the International Crisis Group, and currently chairs the New York based Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect. As co-chair of the International Commission on Intervention and State Sovereignty, he was a key contributor in developing the doctrine of The Responsibility to Protect in response to the catastrophes of Rwanda, Bosnia, and Kosovo.
