Join us for a discussion about what Amnesty International does and how you can support in making a difference to human rights.

If you want to make your time at uni count – join Amnesty International at our Get Active Murdoch event! You’ll learn about how you can get more active on campus and help us to defend human rights!

At Amnesty International, we defend human rights around the world and at home in Australia. Our volunteers and activists in Perth campaign for a world where human rights are enjoyed by all.

Join us at this introductory workshop to learn about:
– what we do at Amnesty International and how we make change
– human rights – the basics
– how you can get involved
– how we can support you to make a difference.

There are many ways people can get involved with Amnesty including volunteering in our action centres, signing petitions, joining a group of local activists, meeting with your local MP, blogging on social media or creating art! And every person’s contribution counts.

Remember it only takes one drop to start a waterfall!
