The Hornsby Amnesty Local Action Group is joining passionate human rights activists throughout Australia who are acting collectively to force governments in Australia and overseas to free people unjustly imprisoned, stop torture and other abuses.
The Write for Rights cases this year are 10 brave women human rights defenders unjustly treated by their respective governments.
The event aims to make a strong local contribution to the total actions of activists involved with Write for Rights. Last year, an amazing 163,000 actions were collected Australia wide.
