Join Amnesty International Bay & Basin Group this International Women’s Day as we celebrate and highlight women that have stood up for their rights, for equality, and for justice. They will be collecting signatures and handing out origami flowers to show support for Iranian women’s rights defender Yasaman Aryani who has been sentenced to 5 years in jail for standing up for women’s rights.
