Cut out figures will be on display for two hours with appropriate signage and with a petition to the Australian Government (provided by ARAN) asking for all Refugees in detention to be freed.
Members of the Tasmanian Refugee Rights Action Group will be there to talk to members of the public and to encourage them to sign the petition.
This is allied with a number of other similar events which are being held nationally on or close to Palm Sunday.
