Join Amnesty’s Manly Action Group to take action and write letters for the annual Write for Rights Campaign, the biggest human rights campaign in the world
Manly Action Group invites our local community members to join us to write letters in support of six young activists around the world who are at risk because of their work defending human rights \
The evening will include an introduction to each of the six cases and a reminder of successes we have had in the past as part of previous W4R campaigns
We will then invite everyone to sit down and write letters in support of these brave individuals, whilst enjoying a drink and a chat with like-minded people. You will also have the chance to enjoy some local food from each of the six countries we will be writing letters to
This is a very popular event that we hold each year, and every time we hold it we get more and more letters written. This year, with your help, we hope to continue this success!
