Amnesty Southern group jointly with our local Rural Australians for Refugees group and Cygnet gender equality network, invite you to a morning tea at The Uniting Reformed church in Mary Street ( Cygnet main street) on Sunday 3rd December from 10.30 to 12 noon.
Tea, coffee and cake will be provided for a gold coin donation.
The aim of this event is to make the community more aware of the need to actively support Human Rights and to find out more about the actions our groups undertake to that effect.
Because it will be market day in Cygnet, when a lot of people come to town, we think it will be a good occasion to raise awareness on Human Rights issues.
