This month the SA Book Club is reading The Memory Stones by Caroline Brothers.
The book is set in the aftermath of the 1976 military coup in Argentina when thousands fell victim to the violence of this period and subsequently ‘disappeared’.
It covers themes of freedom of expression, assembly and association.
