Inspired by other non-white culturally diverse artistic community events, Soul Lounge; emphasises on escalating developing artist of diverse backgrounds, whether they are bi-lingual, minorities, uprooted migrant children that exchange their confusion and calamity into cadence and rhythm.

The evening features an artists from Adelaide or around the country, after an open mic session. The open mic can be whatever you want it to be. Sing, rap, do poetry or stand up comedy. Do you.

The venue where ever it may be transforms into a relaxed evening of poetry, smooth beats and hot drinks.

Soul Lounge is alcohol free, instead there’ll be tea and coffee available. This event is centered around creating a judgement free space for people to do their thing, while also supporting local arts and artists.

Artillery SA will be collecting signatures for Women’s Rights Campaign at this event on the 1 March 2020.
